Tabata training is a type of interval training in which you perform a total of 8 sets (4 minutes in total) of 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise and 10 seconds of rest (total 4 minutes). A type of training method in which extremely high exercise effects can be obtained in a short period of time.

This app notifies you of the start of exercise and rest with a notification sound and supports Tabata training.

The day you trained is marked with a circle on the calendar, so you can see your exercise status for the current month at a glance.

You can specify your favorite music as BGM.
If you listen to songs with a tempo that matches your training, your tension will rise and your motivation will increase.
