Featuring curated courses and meditations from Black practitioners and respected experts in wellness, including psychology and mindfulness, we are tackling the issues that are historically left unaddressed by healthtech, such as intergenerational trauma, systemic racism, anxiety, and microaggressions.

Black people face unique stresses in daily life, leading to high rates of untreated chronic stress, trauma, depression and anxiety. We have selected a team of expert Black therapists to address these topics through the many lenses of the Black experience.
