I've been using this app for a while and it's so handy! Super easy and intuitive, helping me keep track of my expenses. But also, recently my phone was stolen so I downloaded the app on a different phone, but then realized that apparently I had accidently created the last trip without logging into my user account. Therefore, it obviously was not available on the other phone. Unfortunately, that trip included a lot of important info so I was super bummed to lose it. Thought I'd give it a shot and use the help chat, not even expecting an answer. But not only did I get an answer, Jonas was even able to find my lost trip and recover it! He was so so helpful and put so much effort into finding my data. One of the best customer service experiences and a great app! Thanks again :).
