Used to love this App. Updated to a paid subscription and it has been a disaster. I cannot upload receipts & when I try.. . I get a pop-up stating I need to upgrade to Premium. When I click upgrade to Premium a pop-up states you are already subscribed to Premium. My credit card was charged and I have no access to Piad Premium features. When attempting to contact customer service you cannot get a live body. It's all via email and thus far no reply. Get your customer service in order.

Inconvenient User Experience Design: You first have to create a group before you can add expenses. On the go, you want your expenses saved as quick as possible. Also, premium for 22€/y is quite a lot asked for basic features.

Hi, for creating expense you need group members, that's why you need a group. We don't see how it could have worked differently. Premium doesn't contain basic features, but only advanced features. All basic features are in the free plan.

Overall a good app, but coming from Splitwise we miss a crucial feature. In the transaction list it only shows the total sum of the transaction. We prefer to see the sum you owe instead of the total sum. Can you please implement an option for this? Update after developer answer: we don't mean the total sum but instead the absolute share of a transaction. Currently it shows that for example my girlfriend paid 50 euros and each of us owes 25 euros. So we prefer to see the transaction listed as 25

Hi, you can see what you owe to the group in the circles on top home screen or in the members tab. If you are interested in what you spent, filter your member on All transactions screen. Update: It's there if you enable member filter. And write us to, it's much easier than here.
