FCC certified and Free, at no cost to you
We are FCC certified, meaning all eligible US citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing can be qualified to make captioned phone calls on Rogervoice for free. Thanks to the Telephone Relay Service (TRS), a federally funded program.

Two-sided captions
Rogervoice is also free for your hearing friends and family. Simply ask them to download the app and use our app-to-app calling services. They can read a copy of the captions as they speak and be assured that you’re catching what they’re saying.

E911 compatible
We handle your emergency calls with live captions. You have the option to activate automated location services using our telecommunications technology, so that emergency responders can pinpoint your call location, saving precious time and lives. NOTE: e911 is available in the United States ONLY. Use your mobile carrier’s native dialer to make emergency calls outside of the United States.

Did we mention it’s free? You need to have an existing mobile carrier plan (3G, 4G) or WiFi, and a mobile number. You’ll need to provide your US Social Security Number and address to register with the FCC and you’re set to go.

UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

La app è buona, ma non fa chiamare free tra app ed app se non hai credito.Se hai credito e chiami verso app che non ha credito molto spesso non ti fa telefonare free e ti chiede di telefonare con credito.Una volta per tutte vogliate chiarire come sta la situazione. Grazieeee

Quando il campo é scarso é pessimo: si vedono le parole sballate e in ritardo...ecc. Poi non funziona con i numeri di emergenza! Così non ha senso che stai parlando direttamente con una persona. Ovviamente con le chiamate automatiche e computerizzate...è più complicato.

Per favore non copiate Pedius con le chiamate a pagamento verso chi non ha l'app!! Togliete quest'imposizione, rendendo così le chiamate illimitate veramente universali, e vi darò 5 stelle!!! Non potete obbligare i sordi a pagare questa gabella in più quando già pagano il loro piano tariffario, mentre gli udenti hanno già voce spesso gratis e tutto compreso con esso, senza limiti né condizioni!!! É pura discriminazione sordi/udenti!!! Non potete inoltre obbligare così gli udenti o cmq i destinatari ad installare la vostra app se non la desiderano, oltre ad essere una forma di pietismo affinché i mittenti abbiano le chiamate gratis, alla lunga questa politica vi si ritorcerà contro! Dev'essere una libera scelta di tutti! E per favore supportate anche le chiamate ai numeri d'emergenza!!!
