Great! when it works... it's been nearly a week since this app was very usable for me. I'm an Android user, or business runs all of our calls through this. I love the features when it works, but I can't answer or place a call through this all day. had similar troubles on other days that a restart of my phone fixed... but even that's not working now.

I use this for my job and it's just awful. There are constant bugs that impact call quality and over half the calls we receive I don't get notified about on the app or on the browser version- they just suddenly show up as a missed call and we lose customera. The terms are constantly changing. The support team, while helpful, take at least 3-4 days to get back about issues and even longer to actually provide support. The only pro is how many other apps we can integrate and automate using Zapier.

absolutely amazing tech. amazing app on phone and desktop. It really did more than I could ever want at a good price. I was about to get 3 friends to sign up. until you find out if you have an android phone that you can not use the call waiting feature. so if you are on the phone in quo or just your personal line then you will not know anyone else is calling till they leave a voicemail or you hang up. ridiculous...
