サポートに問い合わせたらHelperの設定方法が分りました。アプリページの右上「三」から「制限付き設定を許可」にすると進みます。ありがとうございました！　■前回の投稿：Xperia Ace III(Android13/14)に買い替えたら録音できなくなった。Cube ACR Helperと言うものを入れるよう促されたが、ユーザー補助から機能を有効にする事を拒否されるので進めない。　■以前の投稿：他の有償アプリでは相手の声が非常に小さく録れてたがこのアプリでは自分の声と同じ大きさで録れてたので良いです。

ここ数か月録音されてなかったのですが、サイトから補助アプリを入れたら録音できるようになりました。ただ、相手の声がめちゃくちゃ小さい！！！！！最大ボリュームにすると自分の声が大きすぎて使い物にならない。自分の声から会話内容を推測するしかない…。以前はこんなこと無かったので早く改善してほしいです。

4月26日まで作動していましたが、4月27日から作動しなくなりました。有料オプションに入っているので、なんとかして欲しいです。よろしくお願いします。 追記:対処方法をメールで指示下さり、使えるようになりました。ありがとうございます。 再追記:エクスペリア10Vに機種変更したのですが、録音が正常にされなくなりました。音質がかなり悪くなりました。何か対策法などありましたら教えていただけるとありがたいです。
