今まで使ってみたアプリだと、摂取した食べ物や飲み物について記録する機能がありました。 それが無い分、とてもシンプルにfastingの経過時間が分かってとても使いやすいです。 Some fasting apps that I have used before had too many functions such as to record food/drink intake, which made me less motivated. But this one is so simple that I can see how far I am getting in my fasting and that is easy to use.
