Like the watch but the app is terrible. I can't get all the info from the app it claims to offer. No heart rate, no steps and none of the features work as they should. It's my hope they get it figured out and it will function correctly. I seriously have the inclination to seek a possible trade in for a smartwatch that does everything it offers. Again I like the watch but the river software is atrocious.

Nice idea, terrible app. Syncing to my watch was a nightmare, customer service didn't help, but I finally got it because I had high hopes. Doesn't ever show my HR info, the chronotype info is very broad, not detailed to my actual schedule or info, basically just based off of my alert tests. My activity data rarely matches the data in my other fitness tracking. And the app highjacks my alarms so I have no idea of they are going to go off, and shuts off my do not disturb before I want to wake up.

The app opens, but the only thing that syncs is my sleep info. Nothing else shows up, just says waiting on more data. The sleep stuff is also not useful. It just shows when I went to sleep and when I woke up, there's no other info.
