This app is a friendly app but my major concern about this app is that, i funded my wallet but the money did not drop and the customer service are not responding to my message, the worst part of it the message is been viewed, sorry to say this is not how to do business if i may said, in business you always attend to your customer complain and make sure you resolve it for the betterment of the customer, like now i will not advice any body to use Arewa Global again. Cool data Plug App is better.

I transfered money to the account but i havent seen it,and there customers services are not responding to my message at all,the worst part of it is that they use to view the message

Your service is very poor. I downloaded your app purposely to enable me buy electricity, but since I downloaded it for over 2 months now I've not been able to buy electricity successfully. Instead, I've been using the money in my wallet to buy airtime that I don't really need. You need to work on your services please. Thanks and may Allah bless you!
