Highly recommend this app for travel across time zones. I used this for multiple trips, California to Asia and to Europe, and even when I've only been able to semi-follow the plans set up by the app, it's enough! The app has been super helpful in letting me know when to sleep and when to stay awake on flights, with a focus on when to get more or less light exposure- all leading to minimal jet lag wherever I'm going!

A Mayo Clinic Newsletter recommended the Timeshifter app for international travel. I'm so happy I found this one week before our trip to Europe! The app was very easy to use and the timing instructions linked directly with our flight times. We followed all guidance very closely, especially the light-specific ones. I even wore sunglasses when light was to be low (including in the house and on the plane). We arrived in Amsterdam with very insignificant jet lag, as in virtually none!

I have used the app for a couple of international trips. The advise seems to help with jet lag but the notification from the app didn't work on my Samsung phone or tablet. I contacted support a few months ago about this. They said it was a known issue and they were working on it but still no update. This makes it so you have to memorize when you need to transition to sleep, stop drinking caffeine etc. Not very user friendly.
