Daysie users can create plans around when and where they’re working or when away on leave or flag a sick day, plan for a day, week or as far into the future as you want.
Colleagues can then easily see what you’re planning which then helps them make their own decisions and plans around when and where they’re going to work from.
Create collaboration days where team members can all meet in person, collaboration days are highlighted in your week plan as well as in your team’s week view to encourage members to meet in person.
Manage assets like desks, meeting rooms, car parks - anything you want users to be able to use and then track the usage of. Users can book or check into an asset as well as view floor plans to see where team members are planning to work or the location of the nearest asset like a first aid kit.
Account holders can create locations, set up assets, upload floor plans and invite other users to join their hybrid spaces.
Through daily check ins users can confirm or modify an existing plan, or simply create one on the fly – either way you’ll be able to see how and where your people are working as well as follow up on those who unable to.
