1. Civil Service Application
- You can fax five types of documents, including a certificate of eligibility and a certificate of insurance premium payment, to the submitting institution.
- You can use services such as insurance premium inquiry and payment, refund inquiry and application, and medical treatment history.
2. Health iN
- You can check information on health checkups, treatment, and medication history for yourself and your family (infants and children).
- You can predict your health age and disease risk based on your health checkup results.
- The National Health Alarm Service allows you to identify regional risk levels for eight major diseases in advance.
- You can record blood pressure, blood sugar, and other data directly or connect your device to continuously manage your health.
3. Long-Term Care Insurance
- You can access various long-term care services, including long-term care certification applications, rating assessment results, and home care benefit service usage history.
4. Customer Center
- To address inquiries and resolve inconveniences, you can post comments, use chat consultations, and utilize sign language services for the hearing and speech impaired.
- To create a citizen-centered corporation, we operate a citizen suggestion and discussion forum.
- You can report and propose improvements to the efficient management and savings of the National Health Insurance budget, as well as report unfair claims by nursing and long-term care institutions.
5. Other
- You can log in using eight different authentication methods, including public, financial, private, and health insurance certificates.
- You can configure health alerts, which provide regional risk information for major diseases, as a widget.
- You can use the quick action function to directly access the certificate issuance page.

Even if you do not consent, you can still use The Health Insurance app, but some services may be restricted.
- Microphone: Used for sign language consultation and voice search.
- Physical Activity: Used to measure metrics like steps and distance using your phone's sensors in the background.
- Location: Used to search for nearby information, such as finding hospitals and clinics.
- Camera: Used for sign language consultation.
- Phone: Used to connect to customer service, find hospitals/clinics, and checkup centers.
- Other: Bluetooth (blood pressure, blood sugar, step count registration), vibration, etc.

If you're using a smartphone running Android 6.0 or lower, you may not be able to voluntarily consent to the optional access permissions of the The National Health Insurance mobile app (consent is assumed upon installation). Therefore, if possible, we recommend using the software update function on your smartphone to upgrade your operating system to Android 6.0 or higher. Furthermore, even if your operating system is upgraded, the access permissions you agreed to in the existing app will not change. To reset access permissions, you must delete and reinstall the app.
