삼성 scx-1365w인데 여기에 뜨지도 않고 연결이 안되는데 돈 결제를 해버렸어요. 환불 안되나요? 되는줄 알고 결제한건데, 검색해볼수도 없이 결제를 시작해야 창이 뜨니까 쓰지도 못하는데, 만원을 버린 셈이에요. 환불 가능한가요?

공식 앱도 아니고 돈부터 달라고 결제화면 띄우고 자빠졌네 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

환불 방법 좀 알려주세요. 결제 0원이라고 나와있는데 인앱 결제 됐습니다.
