I really wish you could block certain apps when in certain locations. Ie dont scroll tiktok @ school. Lliterally, everything you want without ads and no monthly subscription bs. This all does what it does and does it very well. It also attempts to keep your options open, letting you choose to keep apps open ,but just wait some time before opening them, limiting them based on time, limiting them based on the number of opens. Etc, etc. Very cool.

Since downloading ScreenZen, I'VE BEEN USING INSTAGRAM LESS THAN 2 HOURS A DAY !!!!! I didn't even realize it's gone down this much until I checked my screen time in my settings to write this review. I've been struggling with Instagram addiction since ~2017 (have had it since 2013), so this is huge for me. Especially the past two years with reels, I was averaging 3-4 hours a day, for sure. Really happy. Highly recommend :)))

Here's what I love: -you can customize a note to show you when you open an app. -theres customizable timers for almost everything. -it shows you a streak of how many days you are on -it also shows you a graph of your app usage but just for the apps you have timers on. It also tracks it out for a long time. Here's what I don't like: -they require battery saver be turned off. (I use my phone for work and I like to avoid putting it on a charger while I work) -threatening a pay wall is not great.
