With the free eprimo app, you can solve all your concerns about your green energy, conveniently, clearly and in just a few clicks:
• You can count on us when it comes to meter readings
Read, type, send - done. This is how you can transmit your meter reading easily and conveniently.

• You give us a current meter reading and we will give you a discount recommendation. Of course you can still change this value. (You can also change your discount without the current meter reading)

• The eprimo post in your pocket. Say goodbye to paper! In the eprimo app you have a clear mailbox in which all your important documents can be found.

• You can adjust your banking information, update your personal information and view your contract details at any time

Further advantages of the eprimo app:
• Simple and permanent login via Touch and Face ID (if your smartphone supports this functionality)


You are already registered in "my eprimo":
To use the app, log in as usual with your “my eprimo” access data.


You are not yet registered in "my eprimo":

Register with your contract account and the registration code at https://www.eprimo.de/jetzt-registrieren.
If you are not yet an eprimo customer, registration is unfortunately not possible.
