Support says they have done things but they are still not fixed!! Alert: I asked to cancel my recurring subscription EIGHT times, it still shows as active. And, theres no way to remove your credit card info!! Device itself works great, just to measure status each morning. 10/28/24UPDATE: Lumen reached out to let me know the issue is being worked on by IT. The problem is still not fixed this morning, but I agreed to wait a week before reaching out again.

Barely adequate. The meal tracking leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't recognize some barcodes except for what's already in their system. If you make a mistake saving meal portions it has to be deleated and re-entered. The My Foods can't be edited/ deleted and the same foods keep being added to it. This app is very tedious, the only thing that works is the breath analyzer. I'm going to start using Lose-it for my meals. Why aren't there any smart scales that can connect to this?

It's been pretty eye opening. Especially during periods of heavy training and knowing what my body needs, and then to get a first hand look at the metabolic process! Then learning to time that effect better for max efficiency. Like learning the optimum time to keep adding wood to a fire!
