The device is useless, very little science behind and they have a system of creating sneaky undetectable subscriptions that cost the same than the device. I used it twice and ended up spending over $1000 because the fraudulent subscriptions. Just for clarification they charged me $349 per year for several years while their advertised price is less than $200 plus their website does not allow cancellation and to cancel in the app there is not a clear option to cancel, you have to chat with a bot.

HORRIBLE! I canceled my subscription but still was charged. I went in to check my membership but it said active despite being canceled. I tried to go in and cancel it but it just went to an error page. I reported it to my bank. They gave me a number to call for Lumen that had been disconnected. I tried to cancel through their chat feature. It was AI and never connected to an actual representative. I have emailed them with no response. I've reported the company for fraud with shopify as well.

The device itself is good. The main problems I have with the app are that it doesn't have a connection available for the Samsung Health app and that I can't edit a breath in any way. Meaning if it was tagged incorrectly, it's just stuck incorrect. Also can't edit the fasting time once it's set.
