The device is useless, very little science behind and they have a system of creating sneaky undetectable subscriptions that cost the same than the device. I used it twice and ended up spending over $1000 because the fraudulent subscriptions. Just for clarification they charged me $349 per year for several years while their advertised price is less than $200 plus their website does not allow cancellation and to cancel in the app there is not a clear option to cancel, you have to chat with a bot.

Device will not update firmware will not allow use without firmware update waste of money. Firmware update should be optional. edit I was able to get it working on my own after a few hours of trouble shooting so I'm bumping this from 1 to 3. i still think the onboarding could use some work. Such as proving some troubleshooting directly on screen. Focused too much on ultra clean UI instead of functionality.

Barely adequate. The meal tracking leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't recognize some barcodes except for what's already in their system. If you make a mistake saving meal portions it has to be deleated and re-entered. The My Foods can't be edited/ deleted and the same foods keep being added to it. This app is very tedious, the only thing that works is the breath analyzer. I'm going to start using Lose-it for my meals. Why aren't there any smart scales that can connect to this?
