With the MoodPlanner App you can keep track of how your mood (overstimulation) is going on the day. By raising awareness because you are constantly working on it, the MoodPlanner App can give you insights to ensure that you stay in the green zone.

It is also good to stop and express appreciation for yourself, your relationship and/or your environment. You can also keep track of this in the MoodPlanner App so that you can hold on to those positive moments.

Regularity is also important to keep your moods in the green, so you can also set reminders to drink enough during the day, for example. Or to take your medication at a fixed time.
