ClassKeep is studio management software for boutique class businesses — pilates, yoga, and any class-based studio. Schedule and rooms, attendance and instructors, credits and Stripe. Students book on the web. This app is for studio owners, admins, and instructors.

• Instructor portal without full admin access
CLIENTS & CREDITS
• Client directory, tags, waivers, and booking history
• Credit packs with automatic balance tracking
• Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
REVENUE
• Stripe Connect — students pay your studio
• ClassKeep takes no cut of student payments (Stripe’s card fees still apply)
• Drop-ins, packs, and subscriptions
ALSO INCLUDED
• Branded public booking page (students book on the web)
• Optional waitlist — off by default; turn it on if you want it
• Email included. SMS and WhatsApp need your own Twilio account (not included)
• English and Português (Brazil)
• Same login as classkeep.app
PLANS
Every plan includes scheduling, resources, instructors, attendance, credits, and payments. Plans differ by capacity, custom domain, and the free-plan watermark.
• 14-day trial at Studio limits, then Solo free: 1 instructor, 2 classes/week, 10 clients. Watermark after trial. Custom domain is paid-only and is not in the trial.
• Solo Pro — $19/mo or $15/mo billed yearly: 1 instructor, unlimited classes, 100 clients
• Studio — $49/mo or $39/mo billed yearly: 8 instructors, unlimited classes, 600 clients
• Business — $99/mo or $82/mo billed yearly: unlimited instructors, classes, and clients
• No credit card to start.
This is not a consumer workout app.
