Training with a coach? Their plan is already there when you open the app – exercises, sets, reps and target weights. Training on your own? Build your own workouts in the app, pick exercises from the full library, and set your own targets.

Keep your coach in sync

Answer a quick check-in before you start – energy, sleep, motivation, nutrition, and mood. Rate RIR and effort as you progress. Leave a note or message your coach when something feels off. They see all of it, and adapt what's next based on how you're actually doing.

Keep a full history of your workouts and progressions. Repeat sessions, track your progress and progressions.

Got a coach?

Ask them to set you up on REP. Coaches build programs on the web at getrep.app and assign workouts straight to your app. Everything else works the same.
