Math Camera OCR Solver helps you solve supported math problems from clear photos. Text recognition and calculations run on your device, without sending problems to a Techtenstein cloud solver.

Take a photo or choose an image from your device. Crop or rotate the photo before recognition, or retake it if it is unclear. Google ML Kit recognizes Latin-script math text on the device. Review the recognized expression and correct any misread symbols before solving.

The solver supports short arithmetic expressions and linear equations in one variable, x. It handles numbers, decimals, parentheses, +, -, *, /, implicit multiplication such as 2x, and at most one equals sign. View the steps and final answer, and copy the solution to the clipboard. The app checks supported linear-equation solutions. If several supported expressions are detected, you can switch between them.

In "Local practice", generate arithmetic and linear-equation exercises on your device, solve them, create similar problems, and practice with hints. Save exercises on your device, then reopen, solve or delete them in "Saved practice". This tool does not generate calculus, geometry, trigonometry, quadratic equations, matrices, proofs, or word problems.

Please note:
- The app interface is currently in English.
- OCR works best with clear, printed Latin-script math. Handwriting and advanced notation are not guaranteed to be recognized.
- The solver accepts expressions up to 120 characters. It does not support x squared, division by x, division by zero, or multiple equals signs. Some recognized expressions cannot be solved.
- Voice narration requires an installed offline English text-to-speech voice.

Core text recognition and solving run on your device. Other features and services, including advertising, may use the internet, so the app is not fully offline.
