DSS Check In is a customer check in and queuing application specifically designed for the busy offices of social services and related businesses. This app is the Android kiosk app that connects to the back end hosted application. This app is designed for a 10" Android to be mounted into a wall, counter or floor kiosk stand and placed in a lobby for customers to sign in. Customer information is gathered at the kiosk and sent to the hosted backend at www.cqueue.com.
Customers use this kiosk like a paper sign in sheet but it provides organization, privacy and features that make the entire process more efficient. The online displays show an organized list of customers in order of arrival, allowing staff members to acknowledge, serve and check out customers according to their specific needs. As an electronic sign in sheet, the process is shared across internal computers allowing multiple departments to serve customers faster.
Every customer is documented giving management long term reporting and statistics. Accurate time stamps help build a business profile with wait times, service times, department counts and more.
