• Snap a receipt — on-device OCR reads the vendor, date, and total. Confirm and save in under 10 seconds.
• Log every part — manufacturer, part number, source, status, price, photo.
• Photograph every milestone — categorised, scrollable timeline of the whole build.
• Log tasks done and free-text notes as you go.
• Per-project cost rollup — pie chart by category, monthly cumulative spend.
• Export a multi-page PDF build sheet — cover photo, parts table, receipt log, photo gallery, milestone timeline, cost breakdown.
• Reminders for parts pickups, follow-ups, and milestones.
• Backup & export to JSON or CSV.
