Cogs helps you discover the specific behaviours and thought patterns that show up more strongly when you’re burnt out. Understanding and tracking these is the first stop to beating burnout.

2. Understand your energy levels
By tracking your burnout signs daily, Cogs visualises your energy levels for you, indicating when you can take on the day and when you need to prioritise self care. Understanding and communicating what you feel capable of is an important step in advocating for yourself

3. Develop good wellbeing habits
Cogs helps you self-regulate and maintain good daily practices through reflection, movement, breathing and stimming. Once you’ve found the things that work for you, save them for later. They will appear on your self-care screen.
