TWO CATEGORIES, ONE APP

Skincare: sees INCI names like phenoxyethanol, niacinamide, or oxybenzone and scores them against cosmetic hazard data.

Food: sees ingredients like BHA, HFCS, Red 40, or sodium nitrite and scores them against a food-specific rubric. Nutrition facts panel reads the per-serving energy, macros, sodium and fibre when visible on the label.

Retailer links route automatically — food products link to Woolworths, Coles, and Amazon AU. Skincare links to Sephora, Ulta, and Amazon AU.

ABOUT THE DATA

Good For Me uses Open Beauty Facts, Open Food Facts, and Open Products Facts — free, crowdsourced ingredient databases — to look up barcodes. When a barcode can't be found, Google Gemini AI identifies the product from a photo and reads the label.

Your allergen profile, scan history, and saved comparisons never leave your device. The full privacy policy is linked from the Settings screen.
