Our step-by-step approach to documenting care makes managing a chronic condition easy. No more patchwork solutions: our team-based approach brings the whole team together to deliver the best care possible. As questions arise, help is just a message away. As care is delivered, a secure record of care is created that is always accessible for safe record-keeping and care improvements from healthcare providers.

Invincible’s mission is to help kids with chronic health issues to get the care they deserve. In designing the product, the Invincible team spent the first year sitting down with school nurses and learned first-hand the superpowers they possess for guiding kids along their health journeys. Invincible was founded by Bob Weishar, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was 18 and has since been on a mission to help kids realize their superpowers.
