Improved accuracy when reading lab reports.

• Fixed: reference ranges printed on their own rows could be picked up as if they were your own results.
• Fixed: some results were missed entirely, including coagulation panels (PT, aPTT) and SHBG.
• Coagulation panels now read in full.
