Pilates Reformer + Tower Classes
These classes use the Pilates reformer and tower equipment to help you stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles for a full body workout. Prenatal + Postnatal Workshops

These workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for expecting mothers to learn and practice Pilates exercises specifically tailored to their changing body. The workshops focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, all of which can help reduce pregnancy-related aches and pains and prepare your body for giving birth + recovery postpartum.
Instructor Training
Learn from the leading Prenatal, Postnatal and Core Exercise Specialist, Erica Ziel, Owner of Core Athletica® Inc., creator of Knocked-Up Fitness® and The Core Rehab Programs. Erica has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, with a degree in Health and Human Performance from Iowa State University, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner, Board Certified Health Coach, PMA®-CPT, STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, and Personal Trainer Certified. She has morphed her education with her constant finding of research, and hands-on approach to teaching clients. Having helped change the lives of over 10,000 women through in-person and online training and programs.
