At Mavida Health, women can get all the mental health support they need in one virtual place. We offer individual & group therapy, mental health medication support, community engagement and specialized content for women - whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, experiencing loss, in the postpartum period, navigating (peri)menopause or just taking care of you. Founded by one of the few reproductive psychiatrists in the country, Mavida’s approach to care is specialized, evidence-based and specially tailored to each woman by our team of clinicians. Our offerings include:

CARE: Comprehensive physician-led mental health care, including individual & group therapy, mental health medication guidance, prescriptions and refills.
CONTENT: An exclusive content library focused on your journey and mental health, created by Mavida specialists. The Mavida Mother Load includes written content, video and audio segments, written activities and guided meditations that help build resilience and coping skills.
COMMUNITY: Curated, expert-moderated forums where women in similar stages of family planning, loss, parenthood, and change can support each other through their journeys.
