PhysioAI is clinic software for physiotherapy practices, built to run a whole visit from one phone. Register a patient, book the appointment, write the session notes, prescribe exercises and medicines, store documents, and bill the visit, without switching between tools.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Patient records: one chart per patient with demographics, medical history, consent, emergency contacts, documents, progress scores and exercise plans.
Appointments: book, reschedule and cancel, with a daily schedule view for each clinician.
Treatment sessions: SOAP-style notes covering complaint, subjective, objective, assessment, plan, modalities and home exercises.
AI-assisted notes: dictate a session and get a draft SOAP note to review. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
Prescriptions: medicines, exercises, therapy, advice and clinical tests, with a shareable A4 PDF.
Clinical tests: a catalog of pathology and radiology tests, with limits you can set per doctor.
Billing: invoices with service and product line items, payment recording, returns, and a shareable PDF. Walk-in customers are supported.
Clinic store (optional): track products, batches, purchases, stock adjustments, low-stock and near-expiry alerts.
Multi-clinic support: work across several clinics and switch between them. Patient data stays within the clinics each user belongs to.
WhatsApp messaging (optional): send appointment updates, invoices and prescription PDFs to patients. Off until your admin enables it.
Clinic Assistant (optional): ask questions about prices, stock, tests, patients and clinician availability in plain language.
BUILT FOR CLINIC TEAMS
Doctors, physiotherapists, receptionists and clinic admins each see what their role needs. Patients who are linked to your clinic can see only their own record. Admins manage staff, clinics, feature access and message templates from the same app.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Patient records are protected by sign-in with role-based access. Passwords can be reset with a one-time code sent by WhatsApp, and the reset response never reveals whether a phone number is registered.
