RIG-PRO Toolbox is an offline calculator suite for drilling-fluid engineers, mud engineers, supervisors, and well-site personnel. It runs entirely on your phone — no sign-in, no network, no ads — so it works on the rig floor where connectivity is unreliable.

• Engineering Suites — Well Control (KMW, MAASP, ICP/FCP, strokes to bit, trip fill), ECD & Hydraulics, Surge/Swab & Trip Margin, Cementing, Directional (minimum curvature dogleg, closure, build, turn), Tubulars (buoyed hookload, stretch), Fluids Lab (retort, salinity, hardness, MBT, additive sacks), Lost Circulation, Hole Cleaning.

• NAF / RDF Dilution — Field dilution accounting with auto open-hole volume, casing/active/losses bookkeeping, oil/water split, US and SI rates.

• Mud Weight — Weight-up with barite (≤ 20.7 ppg) or calcium carbonate (≤ 11.49 ppg) including sack count.

• Mix Fluids — Any-row weighted-average blend; results in ppg and pcf.

• Mixing Drums / Cans / Pails — Liquid-additive packaging weight and the number of drums needed for a given percentage in mud volume.

• Bit Hydraulics — TFA, ΔP at bit, % of standpipe lost at bit, nozzle velocity, hydraulic impact, HHP, HSI.

• Tank Volumes — Rectangular, vertical-cylindrical (from circumference), and trapezoidal sloping tanks.

• Rheology Swifter — PV, YP, LSRYP, apparent viscosity, TY/YP, plus predicted Fann readings, normalized fluid loss to 30 minutes, and a recommended PV envelope from mud weight.

• Cutting Box Estimation — Gauge-hole cuttings volume in 4.6 bbl boxes.

• Hole Washout — Marker-vs-theoretical comparison with average hole size.

• Slug Pipe — Slug mud weight needed for a target dry-pipe length.

• OBM / NAF OOC — Oil-on-cuttings retort metrics with daily oil and whole-mud loss, base-oil and whole-mud cost lost per day.

• Adjust O/W Ratio — Current oil/water ratio and the precise oil or water addition to hit a target ratio.

• Solids Analysis — Full weighted-mud volumetric and material balance plus an unweighted-mud variant and logical-solids rules of thumb.

• Diesel Overbalance — Annular diesel slug to drop overbalance to a target value, with field allowance.

• Treating Contaminants — Loading (lb/bbl), sacks, and time between sacks.

• Evaporation Rate, Dilution Rate, GrandSeal Packaging — Quick field helpers.
