OverTimer keeps your timers visible no matter what you're doing. A floating window overlays any app — so you can cook, work out, study, or work without switching screens to check the time.
A timer that doesn't interrupt
The overlay appears as a compact bubble you can drag anywhere on screen. Tap to pause, double-tap to add a minute, long-press to open the app, or drag it down to dismiss it. When your timers finish, it disappears automatically.
Run multiple timers at once
Create as many timers as you need and run them all at the same time. Color labels keep everything organized — assign Lime to the pasta, Blue to your workout interval, Red to your presentation rehearsal. Each timer works independently with its own progress, state, and controls.
Never miss a timer
When time is up, OverTimer plays the alarm sound of your choice, at the volume you set, as many times as you want. A full-screen alert appears — even over the lock screen — so you never miss it. The notification system keeps timers running in the background even if you close the app.

Overlay gesture controls:
- Single tap — play / pause
- Double tap — add 1 minute
- Long press — open the app
- Drag — reposition anywhere on screen
- Drag down — dismiss
