Good Lock is a free lock screen app you can use on any Android phone in place of the default lock screen.
Combine aesthetic wallpapers with clock, calendar, schedule and music widgets to build your own lock screen theme, and use your schedule, memos and music right away, without unlocking.

Unlock Good Lock and go straight to the fingerprint, PIN or pattern set on your phone - no stop at the default lock screen.

📜 Since 2015 - An 11-Year Journey as the Original Independent Good Lock

- You may see it written as Good Lock, GoodLock or Goodlock.
The official name is "Good Lock" - a blend of "Good" and "lock screen".
Your phone starts at the lock screen, so the name also wishes you good luck each day.

- Often confused with a same-name service from March 2016, Good Lock started a year earlier and has always run independently.

- Progress slowed for a while due to limited resources; lately I have used the latest AI tools to improve stability and performance myself.

- There is no flashy marketing here - just a lone developer's persistence.

[Lock & Security]
- Good Lock has no lock of its own; it uses the fingerprint, PIN or pattern set on your phone, so your security stays the same.
- Memos, calendar and lyrics work without unlocking; apps, bookmarks and contacts open only after you unlock your phone.
- No lock set? Unlocking Good Lock takes you straight to your home screen.

- Display over other apps (Overlay): required to show the lock screen.

[Optional Permissions]
- Contacts: to import contacts into Mini Home
- Music and Audio: to load local music files for the music widget
- Calendar: to display your Google Calendar schedule
- Notifications: to create a status notification bar

* Optional permissions are requested only for the matching feature; everything else works if you decline.
* You can change permissions any time in Settings > Apps > Good Lock > Permissions.

[Privacy]
- No sign-up, so no personal data such as your name or email is collected.
- Contacts are used only for Mini Home and never sent to or stored on a server.
- What you set up and write stays on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
- To keep the app free, it includes ads. Ad providers may collect your device's advertising ID for ad delivery.

this app has insane quality. i used every day and this app almostbhas no ad. and no ads are used to the point that it is not inconvenient. i really like this app.

Use more ram than the previous version and always appears in the 'recent app' page. The previous version was never.

This application functions exactly as promised and works very well. I am frankly surprised that it has such a poor rating, and I can only assume that it has something to do with the name, which can be confused with Samsung's Good Lock application. In fact, I was actually looking for a Samsung Good Lock alternative for my non-Samsung device when I came across this application, but I was coincidentally also looking for a better Lock Screen for my device, and this application delivers on that well.
