Paylo Dispatch is the on-the-road app for a store's riders. It turns your own
phone into the tool you deliver with. Collect what the store has sealed, prove
each handover, and move on to the next drop.
It is built for Paylo merchants. A store adds your phone number in Paylo
Business as a rider, a code arrives, and you are in. Your stores follow your
sign-in.
PICK UP SEALED ORDERS
Orders the store has picked and sealed line up in your Pickups, oldest-first.
Open one, confirm the number of sealed bags, and photograph them to collect the
order. It moves to your active deliveries and the store sees it is on the way.
PROVE EVERY DELIVERY
At the door, photograph the handover. That single photo completes the delivery
and joins the order's record. If a drop cannot be made, record a failed attempt
instead. Repeated failures escalate to the store for you.
THE DOOR, WHEN YOU NEED IT
A delivery's address and a call button appear only while that delivery is
active, so you can find the door and reach the customer. They are never shown
before you collect the order or after you have dropped it.
WORKS THROUGH DEAD ZONES
Riders move through places with no signal as a matter of course. Pickups and
proofs you record offline are kept on your phone and sent the moment you are
back online — nothing is lost, nothing needs redoing.
NO CASH, NO TRACKING
Paylo Dispatch takes no payment. You carry goods, never money. It does not
track your location: your progress is the deliveries you complete, not a map of
where you are.
ONE LOGIN, YOUR STORES
Your sign-in is yours alone, tied to your phone number, not to the device. Sign
in on any phone. Whichever stores you ride for, your role follows you. You can
delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Paylo Dispatch needs an invitation from a store on Paylo Business. Ask them to
add your number as a rider under Team and Devices.
