I'm Coach Tweedy, and I provide personal training, nutritional guidance, and home & gym workout plans all through one single app. Tracking your progress has become effortless; you can log your daily workouts, record meals, update your check-ins, and it all connects to your fitness band and health kit. You would also be able to access the built-in one-to-one chat feature to have all of your questions addressed on the go.
If you're serious about reaching your goals, let me tailor a workout that is up to your speed and challenges you to become stronger than yesterday. My training program dives deep into your health as we will discuss behaviors, mindsets, and how to be more self-aware of your daily habits. In return, our daily actions will become our behaviors, and our health and fitness will willingly follow you to reaching your goal. App integrates with Fitbit to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Fitbit to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if a Fitbit Watch is used along.
Workout metrics are shared with the trainer to better design your workout schedule.
