Matrix DataSync does not interpret, process, or analyze medical data, nor does it provide real-time health monitoring, alerts, or clinical decision support. The app does not replace professional medical evaluation, and users should always consult their healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Any connected external devices are independently FDA-cleared where applicable. Matrix DataSync functions as a Medical Device Data System (MDDS), a Class I exempt system per FDA guidance, facilitating the secure transfer of health-related data without modifying or influencing its content.

Use of the Matrix DataSync app requires prior enrollment with a PAG. The app is not intended for independent use outside of PAG-supported programs.
