The Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) is proud to further enhance your travelling experience by introducing the FlySmart mobile app. Create a consumer account with Mavcom simply by providing your e-mail address, name and phone number**, and travel easy knowing that your rights protection is only a touchscreen away!*
By registering on the FlySmart app, travellers will be able to lodge complaints* to Mavcom concerning any flight-related service discrepancies, non-compliance or violations that are encountered during air trips, with the capability to instantly snap photos and attach documents to your reports to strengthen your case. Receive notifications as your complaints progress from start to resolution, and track your complaints’ in real-time using the Case History list.
Stay up to date on travel-related information such as national flight disruptions, breaking travel news and other significant travel events by receiving news broadcasts directly to your FlySmart app. With links to reach both the FlySmart website and Facebook page all easily available in the app, travellers’ rights information are instantly accessible at your fingertips.*
