Through them, the refugees and their children gave form to the memories of life in their homelands and processed the difficulties of their new life in Greece. The book and game A Day in Kastraki is based on the power of storytelling.
The audiobook One day in Kastraki, written by archaeologist Evi Pini, tells a story with fictional characters, but real events.
The narrative game cards are inspired by this story, but the game can also be played completely independently. The cards come with an AR app, which gives access to excerpts of the audiobook, allowing for a variety of playful and educational applications.
