The company was founded May 1, 1976 by Mr. George Bertucci after separating from Mechanical Supply, who he was with since 1956. He continues to participate in the day to day operations with his son, Neil Bertucci Sr., who began as a service technician in the late 1960's while working his way through college, then began working for A/C Supply in all aspects of the business. He purchased the company from his father in 2006 and remains owner and president of the company today.

Neil Bertucci, Jr. joined the company and followed in his father's footsteps, working his way through college while also working in all aspects of the business. He is now in charge of purchasing. Also active in the day to day operations is Neil Bertucci, Sr.'s daughter, Mindy Bertucci Rigney, the Director of Marketing.
