The core function of our application. Just choose a period of time and lock yourself out. Emergency contacts can be enabled from the settings screen.
— Schedule Lock
Easily plan your lock times in a seven day cycle. Manage your digital consumption and keep an overview over your schedules.
— Emergency Calling
You can add important contacts to your emergency contacts list, so you can still easily reach them during lock times.
— Easy Settings
Find all important settings concerning uninstall, device reboot, connected device settings, as well as language settings in one place.

— Exempt Apps from Lock
Choose certain Apps that you really need to be excluded from locking. This feature has been requested by lots of users.
— App Usage
Get an organized overview over which Apps you use for what amount of time. Knowledge is the first step to self-improvement.
What is the difference between our free and premium version?
While being limited to 2 schedule locks with the free version, the premium version is ads-free and also enables you to schedule as many locks as you wish making it effortless to plan your week and boost productivity.
