update: will contact per email. regained info of my oldest pets but not the newer ones. will update review when done. wow... used this app for years and even the paid version for a few months when I could afford it. now the app is paid if you have more than 1 pet. so I lost ALL the info of my other pets. no way I'm gonna pay for it just to get the info back. even the one pet I could get, didnt even save anything. thank you so much for making me lose the birthdays of my precious ones....

I used to really love the app, even paid for the lifetime subscription, but since the update I am not using it anymore. All my diseased pets are suddenly in my overview which is very painfull. Furthermore, all the graphs I made for myself like the waterintake are gone and can only be found as individual measurepoints. The weight graph is reversed so it looks like my dog is losing weight even though she is actually gaining weight. And lastly in the overview my tasks just say "other", so useless.

Love the app, but can't get in anymore. After several times asking for a reset, still no email to get it fixed. All of my data is gone. Pretty disappointing with this many animals. Removed the app. Update, I fanally got a reset and got in. But now ik can pay 6,99 /month or 69,- /year to get acces to my data. If I want a free account I may select one pet........ I want my data back without the need to pay. I'll rather use a file on my computer then paying this much money for this app.
