Calibri BeFit biofeedback app helps to restore health!

Biofeedback (biofeedback therapy) realized in the simulator is a “mirror” in the form of a moving game character in response to muscle contraction and relaxation.

In the process of training, the signal is read from the target muscle, excluding external muscles: abs, buttocks, inner thigh.

After each training session, statistics are displayed to show how successfully and correctly the exercises were performed.

The techniques in the app are aimed at restoring health in men, women and children.

Training mode - 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes.
