- Before sending any funds to your mobile wallet please make sure you have written down wallet backup seed words/mnemonics and choosen a strong password to secure your wallet.

- If you loose/forget your wallet password or your mobile get stolen/broken/hacked/damaged and you dont have your recovery seed,your coins are lost. We cant help you recover your keys or you mnemonic seed words.

- Your wallet is 100% your responsibility.

- We provide 2-4 backend electrum servers required for wallet to communicate with the blockchains with no uptime guarante (electrum source code is published on Github of supported blockchains/coin and you are free to setup your own electrum server and point your wallet to it)

- Backend electrum servers dont store your coins and only provide the connection the to blockchain network for wallet balance checks and transmission of your transactions once they are signed by you with your private key on your own device.

- We dont have access to your coins, your seed backup or your private keys.

- Private keys can be retrieved from the backup seed (again write them down and store them in a safe place, use plain paper and pen, making a screenshot of backup seed in not advised).
