The GLS app for Android allows you to track the shipments of your online purchases from our parcel and courier transport company. In addition, you can hire your own shipments directly from the app and request if you want to deliver it to a point of convenience or have us pick it up. - TRACK your parcels or courier shipments and select the collection option that suits you best. In addition, now we show you the approximate time slot of 3 hours in which we will make the delivery. To make tracking faster, assign an alias to your shipment to quickly view it when you have several shipments pending receipt.

In addition, you will be able to track in real time the shipments assigned to your number with the stops left for the delivery staff to deliver the parcel*.

- Easily MANAGE the options that your parcels have in tracking and give instructions so that the delivery staff adapts to your delivery preferences. Remember that you can also give instructions at pick-up services!

- History with all your shipments so that you have the information of all your orders over time.

- Locate your GLS agency or convenience point of our Parcel Shops network closest to you for the collection and delivery of your parcels.

- CONTRACT your shipments directly from the app in a simple and intuitive way. Request the collection at the place that best suits you or select the option to take it to your available Parcel Shop point. Remember to wrap your package well and we will take care of the rest!

- You can return your orders from My GLS. If you have made an online purchase and do not want to keep the product, request a return from the app. You have the option of delivering it to one of our convenience points in the Parcel Shops network, as well as requesting collection at the place you want.

As a recipient of GLS parcels, you will be aware of the states of your shipment simply by accessing the app. If you register in My GLS, the GLS shipments that have your registration telephone number will automatically appear in your session and you will receive notifications informing you the evolution of the same, in addition to the emails related to the service contracted by the sender. We suggest you enter your phone number correctly in your online purchases to avoid possible errors in the recording of shipments. If you decide not to register, you can manually enter the tracking number and zip code to track the progress of your domestic and international shipments. Remember that in the tracking you can check the delivery options that your shipment has, among which is "Pick up at a convenience point", an option recommended for those people who cannot be found at the destination address and require a wide schedule of delivery. Delivery available. Likewise, it is a more sustainable and eco-friendly type of delivery.

To make your shipments from the app itself, register your phone number and access the section "I want to make a shipment" by entering the size of your parcel. Select the option to deliver it to us that you want; convenience point delivery or home pick-up. We will show you the amount to be paid based on the characteristics of your shipment. Wrap the parcel well and take it to the point of origin convenience or wait for our delivery team to pick it up.
