• Select the city, area or location or draw your search on the map.
• Filter listings by price, floor space, and other criteria.
• Save your favourite listings, hide listings that didn't fit your criteria, add your personal notes.
• Receive app and email alerts for new listings or price changes by saving your search.
• Synchronize the app with the website to easily find your searches and saved ads.

⁃⁃ Contact the advertiser ⁃⁃
• Contact details, address and opening hours of the real estate agency.
• Contact details of the developer, address and opening times.
• Contact the real estate agency or the owner directly, via email or by telephone.

⁃⁃ Publish your listing ⁃⁃
• You can publish a listing for sale or rent of any type of property (houses, apartments, penthouses, villas, chalets, garages but also offices and stores, commercial spaces and warehouses) directly on the app. You can also create listings for room shares for students or offsite workers.
• Provide the following specifications: type of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, floor, lift, terrace, balcony, garden, cellar, energy efficiency and other features. When advertising a rental, better indicate whether the house is furnished or not.
• If you have already published on the website, you can access your profile and edit the listing on the app.

Ratings and reviews

I love the select-a-region feature, and the filter options. This is getting only 4.5/5 stars because I haven't figured out how to change the currency or how to edit a saved search name. So far I've used Euros only and have needed to move properties out of a save search, delete it, and create a new search. Additionally, there is a limit to how many searches I can have which means less ability to organize. Overall, it is easy to use and the design is bright and fun.

Great app feature-wise, too bad the Italian market is terrible. The app works great and the custom search notifications are wonderful. It's a shame the Italians don't care and do not make good use of it, really hard to get any response from the post owners, most of the properties are already rented, or there's a queue of dozens of people. Many posts without pictures or descriptions or without correct tags as well.

Listings are clear and detailed. Agents and agencies don't always reply but it's not clear if fault lies with app or with the agencies.
