PERLS (PERvasive Learning System) is a personal assistant learning application designed to support adult self-learners. It provides an extensible platform for diverse instructional technologies, especially including those developed under the ADL PAL program.

The goal is to expand availability via a self-provisioning portal and provide organizations the ability to deploy their own private and secure versions of PERLS.
