BreatheMill is the world's first solution that enables mindful and guided breathing with real time biofeedback.

Doing mindful breathing can be difficult to practice because it requires strong focus. Slightest loss in focus results in our autonomous breathing style taking over.

That's where the app comes in. It is like a coach which constantly monitors, sees your breathing throughout your breathing session and shows your performance in real time. It also summarizes your performance at the end of each session.

The app works best with the BreatheMill device, which is a lightweight wearable that connects over bluetooth and tracks every bit of air inhaled and exhaled. It does so separately for each of the two nostrils. This is the first device that can give information about nostril functionality.

The app however can work without the device also. In absence of the device, the app uses a front phone camera to track your breathing. It does so by tracking micro movements of the body during breathing.

The app also measures heart rate, heart rate variability, and stress level.

The app has a large and growing collection of well vetted, researched breathing exercises.
