Before you start

Merchants need a Merchant Identification Number (MID) and a Terminal Identification Number (TID) from a supported payment processor in order to process payments with Felix SoftPOS. Supported payment processors include Chase, Elavon, Fiserv, Heartland, North American Bancard, and TSYS. Please contact Felix or your payment service provider for support.

What's Felix SoftPOS?

Felix SoftPOS is a cloud-based Android app that lets you accept contactless payments on your Android device. Simply hold the customer's contactless bank card or (or mobile wallet) to the back of the device to process a transaction. Felix SoftPOS works as a standalone application and requires no additional hardware to operate as a payment acceptance terminal.

What kind of payments can I take?

Felix SoftPOS lets you accept the following payment types:

• Visa - debit and credit contactless payment cards;
• Mastercard - debit and credit contactless payment cards;
• American Express - debit and credit contactless payment cards
