Scriptorium is a cross platform mathematical software available on desktop browsers and mobile phones. It allows you to create advanced calculators that behave like small, dedicated computational apps.
🧮 If you just need a calculator -->
The core idea is to combine a simple 48-cell spreadsheet with a calculator-style keyboard. This leaves no need to write down sub calculations results.
📈 If you need something more -->
- Any cell can be a number, string, or object.
- Global variables for storing constants and intermediate results.
- Conditional cell values.
- Conditional cell comments with semaphores.
- Drop-down menus with predefined cell values.
- You can assign a title to any cell, define its symbol and units, add a supplementary description, and even insert an image if needed.
- Organize your scripts into folders using the folder manager.
- Any script can be made public; the default status is private.
- Browse publicly available scripts created by other users and add them to your library.
📴 Offline mode -->
Scripts in your library that were created by other users are not stored locally, so they cannot be accessed without an internet connection. Scripts created by you, however, are also stored on your device and can be used offline.
