The Pavlok 3 device is a unique wearable that allows you to train your mind and body to break bad habits, form healthy ones, and achieve your daily and long-term goals.

The device pairs with a companion app to offer core features and functionalities that work together to help keep you motivated, mindful, and focused throughout the day. Together, these core features enable you to receive haptic stimuli in the form of chimes, vibrations, and electrical impulses, as well as send haptic push notifications to the device using SMS/text and phone calls.

Pavlok app also includes a new “Workflows” feature, which allows selected contacts to send you push-notification stimuli via SMS/text or with a phone call.

The Pavlok 3 device is designed to be worn all day and has a battery life of up to 5 days. It’s also waterproof, so you can wear it while showering and swimming. The devices work wonderfully but the app is the biggest joke around. It can't stay synced with a device. The app doesn't try to sync unless you open the app, and it has issues trying to connect to the device 7/10 times. Which is absolutely ridiculous since the watch is usually 4 inches away from my phone at all times. I just don't understand how the watch being connected to my phone via Bluetooth doesn't allow the app to stay connected to my watch.

Feels archaic. Features simply just don't work and overall just clunky. The product works OK I guess, but the app leaves much to be desired. EDIT: Now it is definitely a one-star product. I already bought your product. I shouldn't need an account. For God sakes it's an alarm clock. SECOND EDIT: they have released an update that literally renders their product useless. On multiple occasions. You contact support, and they say they're sorry. So what? I paid for a product and I expect it to work.

Asking app to do little more than keep a few alarms...no habits, no tracking, and it runs so slowly I can barely believe it. 30 seconds to update an alarm? Also, the one habit I tried to set is stuck and won't be deleted...it says it deletes but it shows up at the bottom of the screen anyway. The device works well but the app is clunky and maddening.
