The Pavlok 3 device is a unique wearable that allows you to train your mind and body to break bad habits, form healthy ones, and achieve your daily and long-term goals.

Hoo boy, this app is hot garbage. I really want to like it because the device seems to work well, but it's difficult to use because the only real interface is the app. It's super buggy (for some reason, I now have 5 alarms set for 7am) and it will say the device isn't connected but also tell me the battery percentage. I hope it gets fixed soon, or else this thing is going back to Amazon.

The wrist thing is good once you get it connected...the app sucks. It will never finish/finalize the sync if I change up the alarm..including adjusting the time. I have found that it is easier to delete the alarm, wait at least for my phone to go black due to screen saver/lock out, open the phone back up, pavlok still shows the sync running, close the app completely, re-open the app, and usually 1 out of 4 times it will be deleted. I repeat the process to make a new alarm time as well.

Wish I could select 0 stars. I've tried to update the software on my device and in the app, but nothing ever works. the device itself is great, but the app is hit and miss as to whether or not it works. Irritated because the device continues to go off and I can't stop it due to the app not working. Really wish they'd fix the app.
